WHAT OREGONIANS CARE ABOUT, BELIEVE IN, AND WANT FOR THE FUTURE OF THE STATE
In 1992, the Oregon Business Council commissioned the first values and beliefs study to assess what Oregonians believe is critically important.
 
In 2002, a new survey sponsored by the Oregon Business Council, Oregon Education Association, Oregon School Boards Association, and SEIU Local 503, OPEU gave further insights to the enduring, changing and emerging values and beliefs of Oregonians.
